We are so excited to launch our Ramadan box: A tribute to Palestine, love, and strength, anchored by our beautiful keffiyeh and its timeless pattern. This limited-edition box features a special T-shirt that I’ve been wearing for months, and every time I do, people stop me to say how much they love the design. It showcases one of my favorite quotes by Mahmoud Darwish in Arabic calligraphy: “A moon will rise from my darkness” Beautifully designed by the one and only Karima (@karimasarts). In collaboration with Handmade Palestine and Karimasarts, this box celebrates Palestinian heritage through keffiyeh, calligraphy, tatreez, fashion, culture and more. A percentage of sales will be donated to UNRWAUSA.

The handmade Tatreez coin purses from my sister Morgan & Handmade Palestine are a testament to the resourcefulness and creativity of Palestinians. By ensuring no material goes to waste, they showcase the resilience and sustainability deeply rooted in Palestinian culture. Leftover thread and fabric often considered waste are repurposed and distributed among the women artisans within their network. Each artisan follows a pattern but is free to choose their colors, making every piece unique, each telling its own story. This process not only reduces waste but also empowers Palestinian women, particularly refugees, by providing them with meaningful work that highlights their traditional skills. These coin purses symbolize more than just craftsmanship. They represent heritage, sustainability, and the strength of community.

We asked a local artisan in Ramallah to create a handmade leather card holder and to pick an animal of his choices so he chose a horse. The Tatreez kit is a special way to learn Tatreez or connect with your young ones through this powerful Palestinian art form.

Handmade Palestine continues to uplift local artisans in Palestine while preserving Palestinian traditions, making these pieces a beautiful connection to the culture and spirit of Palestine.
