Meet the Artist: Reem Harazin:

We are honored to have Reem Harazin as part of our creative team. Reem is a gifted artist living in Gaza, whose resilience, talent, and heart shine through every piece she creates. In 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and amidst relentless bombing in Gaza, Reem created an epic and powerful design for our community. It took her months to complete this piece due to unpredictable electricity, internet outages, and the constant airstrikes. She designed it from the one place she felt safe, her room, surrounded by her cats, using art as a way to block out the sounds of war and hold on to hope.

This was Reem’s first design for us, and it quickly became a fan favorite. She later designed our Native collection as well another testament to her strength and artistry, created while living through unimaginable circumstances. Tragically, her safe place  her room, her home, and a lifetime of memories —was destroyed in 2023. Since then, Reem has been displaced dozens of times and lost family members. Despite it all, she remains in Gaza, creating, dreaming, and living with the hope of surviving and one day rebuilding.

Reem’s art is more than just design. It’s a form of resistance, a way to heal, and a symbol of resilience for our people. Her story is a reminder that even in the darkest of times, creativity, love, and solidarity endure. We are forever grateful for Reem, and proud to share her work with the world.
